Use of the embroidery machines requires an orientation. Orientations are 2 hours long and cost $50. They cover machine operation, daily maintenance, and loading pre-digitized designs onto the machines.

Converting images and logos into embroidery files is not a simple process. It requires expensive software and expertise. The guild does not have a license for digitization software (~$1000). We recommend finding a good digitization service on a site like Fiverr.
